Review Past tense   The objective is to understand and use the past tense.  Students will be able to  tell about the pasta t athe affirmative, negative or interrogative forms. Some of these activities will be in the form of a game. 10 minutes: review of some verbs related to presente and past tenses, and certain adverbs (E.g. yesterday, last night. Last week, etc) 15  minutes : Ask some questions to the class? (1) What did you do after school yesterday? (2) Did you play soccer  last week? (3) How was the weather last weekend? (4) Did you enjoy your last birthday? Write some  answers at the board. Explain that the past tense is used to tell about states completed at a certain point of time in the past. Hillsong United é conhecido como um grupo musical gospel formado por jovens da  Hillsong Church , na Austrália. Sua música é de louvor e adoração a Deus, com um estilo pop-rock contemporâneo e algumas influências de  rock . Esta música pertence ao 21o. album do Grupo, que tem o título de "Cornerstone". A minha proposta para a utilização é para nível iniciante quando estão começando a ver o Simple Present dos verbos. Você pode dar uma folha do exercício para cada aluno onde eles terão que colocar por ordem dentro das estrofes. Coloque para eles ouvirem. Depois você pode passar o vídeo com legenda para eles conferirem.  É também muito proveitoso verificar se ocorre dúvida no vocabulário. Depois pode passar a versão, marcando sempre que numa música, é muito díficll fazer a tradução ao pé da letra, pois temos que levar em conta a cultura de cada povo, sendo mais importante a transmissão da idéia principal.  Vídeo com legenda: Exercise: Put in order: ...
