USO DO PAST PERFECT TENSE: Antes vale dizer que o tal Past Perfect é formado pelo verbo have no passado mais o verbo que o segue no  Past Participle . Ou seja, devemos sempre usar o “ had ” para todos os pronomes pessoais mais o verbo que vir depois na forma  past paticiple . Veja alguns exemplos: I had gone She had written Agora veja as sentenças abaixo: Quando cheguei no aeroporto, o avião  tinha decolado . Eu  tinha estudado  inglês antes de ir aos EUA. Ela  tinha falado  com o pai dela antes. Acho que eles  tinham enviado  um email mencionando isto. Se você tiver que traduzir estas sentenças para o inglês tera de usar o Past Perfect.
