Homônimos em inglês (Palavras com o mesmo som e significados diferentes)

Em qualquer língua, existem palavras que soam igual mas são diferentes no sentido. Na língua materna nós tiramos isto de letra, mas a quando se trata de língua estrangeira.... Bom, o jeito é tentar entender o contexto para que assim o mal entendido se desfaça. 

Alguns exemplos em inglês:  

Two  (dois) - Too (também)

Eye (olho) - I (Eu)

Meat (alimento) - Meet (encontro)

Tale (conto) - Tail (tail)

Homophones vocabulary:

mussels – a small shellfish with a soft body inside a hard black or green shell, often cooked and eaten as food;

night – the period between sunset and sunrise, especially the hours of darkness;

current – happening or existing now;

currant – a small round fruit that may be red, black, or white;

bald – with little or no hair on your head
